The New Era Leadership Profile instrument has been developed to assess leadership effectiveness in the following three areas:
Vision and direction (Future and strategic orientation)
Modeling character, integrity, courage and personal mastery (Personal growth orientation)
Creating an environment for growth: care, inspiration, wisdom and discipline (Team and cultural orientation)
A self assessment (by the leader) and rater assessment (by 6-10 people working at various levels with the leader) questionnaire of 55 questions are used to compile a report. The report shows the results of the self assessment in comparison to the assessment of the raters. Individual graphs can be compared to those of the group, organisation and overall norm. The questionnaire results are complimented with interviews in order to create a comprehensive report for individual and team coaching.
