Coaching SA transformation in the workplace
One of the most formidable challenges that South African organisations face is to transform the workforce to one that is more representative of the demographics of the South African society than what it was in the apartheid era. The challenge, amongst other, relates to the fields of social psychology and cultural diversity. In spite of the good work that is done with diversity workshops, there often remains a huge need at the individual level to master the changes.
